These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Match Metrix Predictions application ("Application" or "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

If you choose to place bets based on our predictions:

You do so at your own discretion. You accept full responsibility for any financial losses. We are not liable for gambling-related losses.

6. Subscription Services

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

8. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Service interruptions, incorrect predictions, or dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes do not qualify for refunds.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including:

Predictions Statistics Logos Graphics Software Databases Text Designs

are owned by Match Metrix Predictions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy Sell Redistribute Reverse engineer Republish Modify

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws. Attempt unauthorized access. Distribute malware. Interfere with Service operations. Scrape or automate data collection without permission. Share paid content publicly. Impersonate another person. Upload harmful or illegal content.

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

11. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The Service may become unavailable due to:

Maintenance Technical failures Internet outages Third-party service interruptions Force majeure events 12. Third-Party Services

The Application may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for:

Third-party services Third-party content Third-party privacy practices

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

Predictions will be accurate. The Service will always be available. Errors will be corrected immediately. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match Metrix Predictions shall not be liable for:

Betting losses Financial losses Lost profits Lost opportunities Business interruption Data loss Indirect damages Incidental damages Consequential damages

Our total liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Match Metrix Predictions and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Service. Your violation of these Terms. Your infringement of third-party rights. 17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms. Engage in fraudulent activity. Abuse the Service. Attempt unauthorized access. Use the Service unlawfully.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before termination.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

19. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations.

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Uganda, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters War Terrorism Government actions Internet outages Power failures Cyberattacks 21. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Application or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Match Metrix Predictions regarding your use of the Service.
